Jeb’s journey in the music and entertainment industry began alongside legendary music icon Tommy Mottola at Champion Entertainment. Jeb oversaw the creative and marketing for their roster of career luminaries Daryl Hall & John Oates, John Mellencamp and Carly Simon. His collaborations extended with Songwriter Hall of Fame inductee Holly Knight, pioneer DJ and producer, Arthur Baker and the iconic Dr Buzzards Original Savanah Band arguably one of the most musical ensembles of the disco era.

Transitioning to Sony Music for a remarkable 15 years, Jeb spearheaded Automatic Productions, their successful television and video division. Producing and directing live music specials for all the major U.S. networks as well as the BBC in the UK and Italy’s Rai channel. Jeb created, “Sessions at West 54th,” Public Television’s critically acclaimed and award-winning weekly music performance series. This groundbreaking series showcased over 150 artists, earning critical acclaim from New York Magazine as “the best damn music show ever on television.”

As a partner at The Mottola Company, Jeb’s influence expanded across diverse entertainment verticals, from representing Grammy-winning sensations like Usher and Latin stars Marc Anthony and Thalia to developing branding strategies for industry giants like Restoration Hardware, Macy’s, One Coconut Water, as well as The Las Vegas Hilton. His imprint on television programming during that time ranges from HBO specials and series to Broadway with, “Superfly the Musical.”

With a storied career spanning four decades, Jeb’s directorial and production credits boast a star-studded and diverse roster, including Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, Luther Vandross, Elvis Costello, Willie Nelson, Roy Orbison, Duran Duran, Carly Simon, Ozzy Osbourne and Johnny Cash, among many others.
